First Time Users

First time users:  Please visit to enroll in Password Management

Student e-mail and WebAdvisor have the same password.

Passwords will expire every 90 days.

Check your email for notifications of your password expiration.

Click the START HERE-Password Management Enrollment tab above for instructions on the Password Management process.

WebAdvisor Login



To access WebAdvisor you click on the WebAdvisor icon   on the TriCounty CC home page at



First time users will use the following to log in to WebAdvisor:

Username: First 4 letters of your last name + last 4 digits of your student ID number 

Password: First 2 letters of last name (with first letter capitalized) and your birth date in MMDDYY format


EXAMPLE:   Jane Smith  student ID:1234567  birthdate: January 1, 2001

Username:  smit4567    Password:  Sm010101
Returning students may need to visit to reset their password if it is expired. 

WebAdvisor Login

To Sign In

  • Click on Log In located in the top right of the page.

Enter your user name. Leave off the “” You will only enter the first 4 of your last name and the last 4 of your student ID.

  • Once you have logged on you will see Students and Continuing Education menus.
